Monday Blues......




About friendship.....

they will scream at me if i'm not wake up on my bed when the sun has rise,
they will laugh at me when i make a joke,
they will thank me when i cook for them,
they will make me smile when i feel lost,
they will be my CNN when they got new gossip about my classmate,
they will be my teacher when the final around the corner,
they will be my movie partner when i want to watch movie in my lappy,
they are everything to me,
but why we meet too late and the time for us to spend more time so short,
i really miss sambal ikan bilis, suhoon sambal, masakan caca marba, and all ur laugh.....

resipi puding triffle....


mcm sdapkn puding triffle ni?
uuhuhu
memang sdap pon...
ni gmbr bkn yg sy buat kwn sy buat
yg sy buat dah selamat x sempat nk amek gmbr
ehehhe
ok resipi seperti dibawah ea...
ehehhehe

BAHAN-BAHAN:
5 keping swissroll (terpulang nk pakai rase ap)
250ml susu cair@ susu segar
125ml air
125ml sirap gula+perahan lemon
2 sudu mkn tepung kastard ( kalau nk keras sikit tmbh dalam 3@4 sudu)
2 sudu mkn gula
beberapa biji buah kegemaran seperti strawberry, anggur, kiwi dsbgnya..

CARA-CARA:
1. susun swissroll yg telah dipotong kiub didalam gelas ataupun mangkuk kemudian lapiskan dengan hirisan buahan.
2. tuangkan sirap lemon diatasnya dan ulangi proses ini hingga beberapa lapisan kemudian ketepikan.
3. campur tepung kastard, gula, susu dan air, kemudian masak hingga mendidih dan adunan menjadi pekat menggunakan api sederhana. ( kalau buleh sebatikan dulu bahan-bahan supaya rata semasa memasak)
4. kacau hingga mendidih serta adunan menjadi pekat.
5. tuangkan adunan ke dalambekas berisi kek dan biarkan sejuk selama beberapa jam...
