BERSAHUR.....

Wake up  early in the morning to eat something because you have to fasting,
sometimes its hard for certain people, sbb naybe certain people can not take a rice early in the morning,
but hey,
tahu x bersahur ad banyak kebaikan,
but today, i'm not gonna to talk about the advantages of "bersahur"
but i will share about bersahur tapi x perlu mengambil makanan yang berat...
hahahhaha ok cakap belit-belit susah na faham,,

ok menu pertama utk mereka yang x mau mkn nasi masabersahur kerana takot gemok cz lpas sahur mau tdo adalah;

1. NESTUM

mak saya selalu berpesan "kalau x mau mkn nasi minum lah nestum"
nestum pon buleh memberi tenaga seperti mkn nasi

2. OAT


maybe certain people x buleh trima oat including me, but oat also can make reduce cholesterol, just like Amy Mastura said..."sayangi jantung anda"...

3. IKO


IKO ni merupakan biskut penuh bijirin, so for those who do not like to eat nestum or oat, i suggest you to eat this...

4. OAT CRUNCH


OAT CRUNCH ni pula same like IKO, but only the producer je lain,if you buy this one dalam setiap paket ad 3 keping biskut bersaiz sederhana..

5. SLIMMAX Sendayu Tinggi

This product suitable for those who are implement diet  in their life and this is a good product, and it will give you energy eventhough you did not take a rice or others.. the price is RM 27.90..

but paling mudah juadah yang mahu diambilsewaktu bersahur adalah
